1. Definitions and Interpretations

The terms used in these Terms and Conditions carry the following meanings:

"Platform" or "Site"

All web pages, mobile versions and related services of vk85n are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

"User" or "Member"

Any person who has registered on vk85n and is using the site's services is considered a "User" or "Member".

"Account"

A user's registered profile, which stores personal information, deposit history, withdrawal records and gaming activity.

2.3 Legal Capacity

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in the immediate closure of the account. If any information changes, the support team must be notified without delay.

3.3 Password Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password completely confidential. The user is personally responsible for all activity carried out through the account. Any unauthorised access must be reported to the vk85n support team immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

vk85n may conduct a Know Your Customer identity verification process at any time in the interest of security and legal compliance. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vk85n currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. These methods may change from time to time and a notice will be posted on the site when they do.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 — for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• The maximum deposit or withdrawal amount may be set separately where applicable.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase in cases of identity verification or security review.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

vk85n monitors all transactions. In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions, the account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is conducted. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is proven, legal action will be taken and the associated funds will be forfeited.

4.5 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical error or a problem with the payment provider — where the amount was deducted but not credited — contact the support team immediately with a screenshot. vk85n will take the appropriate steps after verification.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This bonus applies once only and will be added automatically on the first deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means that to withdraw bonus funds, bets equal to 10 times the bonus amount must be placed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until this condition is met.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

vk85n provides weekly cashback across four VIP levels:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP levels depends on the member's activity and contribution on the platform. Cashback amounts are calculated every Monday.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits, registering multiple times from the same device or IP address, or abusing bonuses through any other means will result in the cancellation of the relevant accounts and bonuses.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games on vk85n are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality and fairness. No game result is predetermined and each round is determined independently.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a software error or system disruption affects the outcome of a game, that round will be considered void and the amount wagered will be refunded. vk85n is not responsible for paying out winnings caused by a technical error.

6.3 Game Provider Guidelines

Games from various reputable providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and Spribe are available on the vk85n platform. Each game provider's own policies apply and these complement these Terms.

6.4 Betting Limits

Each game has specific minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. It is not possible to place bets exceeding these limits.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on vk85n and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent activity or attempting to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Playing games using bots, automated software or scripts.
• Attempting to breach system security through hacking, phishing or any other means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to legitimise illegal funds.
• Attempting unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same family or household.
• Operating an account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Exploiting platform errors or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses or promotions through any fraudulent method.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Ownership

All content on the vk85n platform — logos, graphics, software, designs, text materials and other elements — is owned by vk85n or used under appropriate licences. These are protected by intellectual property law.

8.2 Limited Right of Use

Users are granted a limited right to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission from vk85n.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Continuity

vk85n strives to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or unforeseen circumstances. vk85n is not liable for disruptions of this kind.

9.2 Third-Party Content

Game provider software on the platform is supplied by third parties. vk85n has limited control over the functionality or reliability of this software.

9.3 Financial Loss

Participation in games is voluntary and the risk of loss rests entirely with the user. vk85n never guarantees game outcomes and is not liable for any financial loss incurred by the user. vk85n encourages members to play responsibly within their means.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by vk85n

vk85n may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If false or incorrect information is provided.
• If fraudulent or illegal activity is identified.
• If you do not cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If there is a serious violation of the responsible gaming policy.

10.2 Closed by the User

Any member may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. All pending bets must be settled and applicable withdrawal conditions must be met before the account is closed.

10.3 Funds in a Suspended Account

If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms, the refundability of funds will depend on the outcome of the investigation. In ordinary cases, the remaining valid balance of a voluntarily closed account will be returned.

vk85n uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep members' information secure. Data is shared with third parties only as needed to operate the service and is never sold for marketing purposes.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Complaint Submission Process

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact the vk85n support team first. The support team will try to provide an initial response within 48 hours. Complex matters may take longer to resolve.

12.2 Final Settlement of Disputes

vk85n's decision will be considered final and binding, unless applicable law provides otherwise on the matter in question. All disputes are handled with good faith and through mutual discussion.

12.3 Language

All communications regarding dispute resolution may be conducted in Bengali or English.

13. Changes to Terms

vk85n reserves the right to amend or change these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the site before changes take effect, and where possible, members will be notified by email.
